Parsons and Joyce Contractors Ltd proposed the demolition of an existing house and the construction of eight new residential dwellings with associated car parking and landscaping within the site boundaries. Ecological surveys at the planning stage revealed the presence of a pipistrelle bat roost within the existing building and the presence of reptiles within the surrounding curtilage.
