Appointment of new senior planning consultant
Hampshire and Berkshire-based Pro Vision is expanding with the appointment of a senior planning consultant.
Peter Kershaw has joined our multi-disciplinary firm of town planners, architects, urban designers and ecologists with offices in Ampfield, near Winchester and Newbury.
Commenting on their appointment, James Iles, director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Peter to our team to support the continued growth of our practice. He brings with him a wealth of planning skills, experience and great enthusiasm for a client-focused service.”
A University of Southampton alumni, Peter achieved his postgraduate MSc in Spatial Planning while working as a planning officer at Eastleigh Borough Council, where he gained experience of major planning applications, stakeholder engagement and public exhibitions. He went on to become a senior caseworker for former Fareham MP and Minister for Employment Mark Hoban.
Since then he has worked for a regional law firm, providing planning consultancy advice to a wide range of clients and, most recently, for a communications firm specialising in the built environment.
Peter, who lives in Salisbury, said: “I am delighted to join Pro Vision. The firm has a wholehearted commitment to client care as well as effective multi-disciplinary approach to achieving successful planning outcomes.”
The senior planner’s interests include current affairs, player/manager of a football team and walking his dog.
