Elmgrove road is a scheme for the replacement of an existing, outdated, unattractive and energy-inefficient light industrial unit with a new mixed use development accommodating 880sqm of commercial floorspace and up to 60 residential units.
The scheme will deliver high quality, sustainable mixed use development including a significant quantum of replacement employment floorspace, a variety of new market and affordable homes, substantial amenity spaces and ecological enhancements.
