Newspaper House was a scheme for the development of a block of flats and offices on the site of a redundant newspaper printing press.

The scheme looked to provide 71 one two and three bed flats and a substantial amount of high quality employment space to act as a stimulant for the wider redevelopment of the London Road Industrial estate in Newbury.

The scheme had to appropriately deal with the site being in a flood zone and adjacent to a Conservation Area, whilst providing high quality accommodation that both respected the existing industrial context but also helped provide a driver for the future development of the of the area.
