Pro Vision employees swapped office for volunteering

11th July, 2019

A group of Pro Vision employees swapped the office for volunteering earlier this month.

Eight planners, architects and ecologists helped Growing2gether, a local charity that provides gardening therapy for disadvantaged groups, including adults with learning disabilities.

Based at Cottismore, near Kingsclere, the project has a 4.5-acre kitchen garden which it needs help to maintain.

Pro Vision was asked to repair a chicken wire fence to stop rabbits from getting inside and nibbling carrot tops and cabbages.

Scot Masker, a director of Pro Vision: “Pro Vision believes in being an active corporate citizen and giving back to the community where our employees live and work. Growing2gether is an inspiring local charity that improves the lives of others.”

Growing2gether provides people from all walks of life opportunities to learn horticultural skills, grow their own produce and socialise as part of a team.
