Boyneswood

This project is a scheme for the development of 51 homes in South Medstead, near Four Marks, Hampshire for a large local housebuilder.

The site comprised a pocket of grazing land surrounded by residential development yet within the countryside for planning purposes. The development responded to a range of constraints and opportunities, and adopted a character and appearance sensitive to a rural settlement with a mixture of apartments, terraces, detached and semi-detached family homes.

Maintaining the landscaped boundary around the site was important as was working with the existing mature trees and the local ecology.

Outline Planning Permission was allowed on appeal following a Public Inquiry. The Reserved Matters were approved by Planning Committee.

The scheme was completed on-site in 2019. Pro Vision worked on the scheme from its inception, providing architectural and planning services.
