The owners of this period house in a conservation area wanted additional space for their maturing family. A review of the clients' requirements and site potential led to a scheme which doubled the size of the original house.
Advantage was made of the elevated position and views out over common land to the Itchen River from the new living room. Similar views were also enabled from the new master bedroom suite.
