Pro Vision achieved reserved matters approved for Feltham Properties for 16 dwellings off Monks Lane in Newbury following on fro sucessfulyl achieving outline permission two years earlier. Establishing appropriate integration with the neighbouring college, nursery school and public house were key factors in the design and consideration of this project. We worked closely with the developer and Local Authority on this allocated site just north of Newbury College, which includes affordable housing and a mix of detached, semi-detached and flatted development.
