Hungerford

The site was a former industrial shed and car park and the redevelopment looked to provide a new landmark gateway building into the town.

The site was tightly constrained by the railway line and access to the north, a steeply sloping site and noise being generated from the pub to the west. Working with the client and Local Authority we managed to develop a scheme within these constraints that managed to achieve the client’s goals and provide a high quality building that looked to spearhead the regeneration of the area around the railway station.

Pro Vision worked with the clients from the outset developing and designing the scheme and negotiating with the Council in order to achieve a successful planning permission.
